MEET THE OWNER
CRAIG BISHOP
Craig Bishop is the majority owner and lead operator of Tribute Electric Ltd. He is an Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician with 16 years experience working in utilities, mining and oil and gas industries. He holds a Level “A” unrestricted license with the British Columbia Safety Authority and an injury free work record.
Craig received formal training from Pfisterer terminations throughout Europe. He worked on the first Pfisterer teminations in Canada under Canada’s leading cableman, where he learned hands-on how to perform a reliable termination. Quickly he discovered that there was an art to the technique and as his work experience grew he adopted unconventional methods and tricks using torches, glass, string and other tools to quickly, attractively and efficiently splice cables.
Job offers continued to come in, proving a demand for his high voltage cable work and as a result, Tribute Electric Ltd. was launched.
On a personal level, Craig is a loving husband and devoted father to twins. He resides in Campbell River, British Columbia, with his family, where he enjoys all things outdoors.
He is passionate about the business and works hard to ensure its success.
